Hot Artichoke Dip

1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened

1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts drained

2 cups mayonaise 1 3/4 cups shredded Parmesan Cheese (Tip:   buy the zip top bags, they work better than grated)

 

Beat cream cheese at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth. Mash artichoke hearts, add to cream cheese, stirring well. Stir in mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. Spoon into a greased 11 X 7 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until thoroughly heated and the edges brown a little. Serve with assorted crackers. 6 servings
